REUNIONS, RETREATS & GROUP GATHERINGS · $3,500

May–October · Monday–Thursday dates · Two nights. Reconnect with the Event Center, designated grounds, and the 3,000-square-foot guest Lodge, with beds for 14, reserved for your agreed multi-day event window.

Includes existing tables and benches for up to 150, the outdoor arch, and installed lighting. Hosts handle setup and cleanup; catering, linens, staffing, and additional rentals are separate.

Add the entire Village for $1,000 for two nights during May 15–October 15. Six cottages sleep up to 12 once the new A-frame is ready. Additional Lodge nights remain $400; extra Village nights and venue extensions are quoted separately.

Smaller events may use Lodge restrooms. Required portable restrooms are coordinated by Alderwood and quoted separately. Arrival and departure are noon Eastern time on your agreed dates.

YOUR WEDDING WEEKEND · $5,000

May–October · Friday noon–Sunday noon, Eastern time. Settle in Friday, celebrate Saturday, and linger until Sunday.

Includes the Event Center, designated grounds, and two nights in the 3,000-square-foot guest Lodge with beds for 14. Tables and benches for up to 150, the outdoor arch, and installed lighting are included.

The Event Center accommodates up to 225 depending on layout, or approximately 200 seated with a head table. The grounds accommodate up to 300 with an approved event plan. Wedding Weekend + Village · $6,000
Add the entire Glamping Village for $1,000 for two nights. Six queen-bed cottages sleep 12 additional guests once the new A-frame is ready, for up to 26 overnight guests total. Village season: May 15–October 15, subject to availability and cottage readiness.

Settle In Early · $5,400
Add a Thursday Lodge night to your $5,000 weekend. Additional Lodge nights remain $400 each, subject to availability. Extra nights do not extend Event Center access; additional Village nights are quoted separately.

Choose your own vendors. Hosts handle setup and cleanup within the rental window. Catering, linens, staffing, and extra rentals are not included. Required portable restrooms are coordinated by Alderwood and quoted separately.

Gather Together This Winter

November–April

Plan a cozy family celebration, reunion, or retreat with the 3,000-square-foot guest Lodge as your gathering place. Overnight accommodation sleeps 14. Event size, layout, and available spaces are confirmed for your gathering.

Two-night Lodge event packages: $2,000 Monday–Thursday or $3,000 Friday–Sunday. Full wedding celebrations use a weekend package. Smaller Sunday–Thursday weddings may qualify for our separate elopement package.

Example rental windows: Monday noon to Wednesday noon for a midweek gathering, or Friday noon to Sunday noon for a weekend event, local Eastern time.

Additional Lodge nights are $400 per night, subject to availability. Winter use of the Alderwood Event Center must be arranged separately and may carry an additional fee.

Guests handle setup and cleanup within the rental window. Linens are not provided. Contact us to discuss your plans and receive a written quote confirming spaces, inclusions, and total pricing.
