Birthdays, showers, reunions, meetings, and celebrations of life, with tables and benches included for up to 150 guests.

Choose five hours, ten hours, or a full event day with one Lodge night. Daytime Lodge kitchen, gathering, and restroom use is included. Separate Lodge guests never overlap with your event.

These packages do not permit wedding ceremonies, receptions, or elopements. Required portable restrooms are quoted separately.

  • A Little Gathering

    $550 · FIVE HOURS

    NON-WEDDING EVENTS ONLY · UP TO 150 GUESTS

    A birthday, shower, anniversary, meeting, or smaller celebration.

    Five consecutive hours in the Event Center, including setup and cleanup. Tables and benches for up to 150 are included, along with daytime Lodge kitchen, gathering, and restroom use. Bedrooms and overnight lodging are excluded.

    Primarily Monday–Thursday, subject to availability. Catering, linens, staffing, and required portable restrooms are separate.

    Wedding ceremonies, receptions, and elopements are not permitted under this package.

  • Make a Day of It

    $950 · TEN HOURS

    NON-WEDDING EVENTS ONLY · UP TO 150 GUESTS

    Time for a reunion, graduation, meeting, celebration of life, or another gathering with your people.

    Ten consecutive hours in the Event Center, including setup and cleanup. Tables and benches for up to 150 are included, along with daytime Lodge kitchen, gathering, and restroom use. Bedrooms and overnight lodging are excluded.

    Choose your own vendors. Catering, linens, staffing, and required portable restrooms are separate. Primarily Monday–Thursday, subject to availability.

    Wedding ceremonies, receptions, and elopements are not permitted under this package.

  • Gather & Stay

    $1,350 · FULL DAY + ONE LODGE NIGHT

    NON-WEDDING EVENTS ONLY · UP TO 150 EVENT GUESTS

    Everything in Make a Day of It, plus one night in the 3,000-square-foot guest Lodge, with beds for up to 14 overnight guests.

    Includes the ten-hour event window, daytime Lodge use, and tables and benches for up to 150. Overnight lodging does not extend Event Center access into the next day.

    Subject to availability and agreed arrival, event-end, and checkout times. The Glamping Village is not included. Catering, linens, staffing, and required portable restrooms are separate.

    Wedding ceremonies, receptions, and elopements are not permitted under this package.
