What’s Included Exclusive use of the grounds, pond, trails, ceremony spaces, and outdoor areas Alderwood Lodge (sleeps 14) with full kitchen and connected bar area Ceremony arch, 25 six-foot tables with benches, and decorative lighting On-site parking (events up to 200 guests) (Portable restroom requirements apply for 75+ guests; see policies) Deposit & Security A $500 Security/Cleanup Deposit is required and refundable after your event if the property is left in good condition. A non-refundable 33% deposit of your package total is required to officially reserve your date. Until the deposit is received, your date remains open to other bookings.
