Alderwood Crossing was created for life’s greatest celebrations. With 40 acres of natural beauty, a horseshoe-shaped pond as a breathtaking backdrop, and wide-open space for gatherings, it’s the perfect setting for weddings, reunions, and milestone events.

At the heart of it all is the 3,000 sq. ft. home — a space designed to flex with your needs. The kitchen and bar area can serve as a food line or drink station, while the open layout can be rearranged for small receptions. The same space also includes a gaming area with pool and air hockey tables, a theater-style seating area, three bedrooms, and two tiled bathrooms — offering comfort and community all under one roof.

Step outside and you’ll find even more possibilities. A 16’ x 60’ covered patio provides room for gathering, complete with outdoor furniture, heaters, and a six-person hot tub under the stars. For larger events, Alderwood Crossing provides 6’ plastic tables and benches for up to 150 guests, ready to be decorated and arranged however you dream. With wide-open grounds for tents, dance floors, and additional rentals, your event can be as intimate or expansive as you choose.

And when the celebration winds down, Alderwood Crossing gives you a place not just to host your event, but to linger and make memories with the people who matter most.

When Alderwood Crossing isn’t hosting weddings or events, it transforms into the ultimate destination for retreats, family vacations, and unforgettable getaways. The home sleeps 14 comfortably with three bedrooms — two private queen rooms with TVs, plus a large bunk room that’s perfect for groups and kids. Inside, you’ll also find a theater-style living space, gaming area, fully stocked kitchen and bar, and tiled bathrooms with double stalls and showers.

Step outside and enjoy a half-mile walking trail through the woods, a six-person hot tub under the stars, and evenings around the fire pit. The horseshoe-shaped pond offers catch-and-release fishing and plenty of room to relax by the water. For adventure seekers, ATVs and snowmobiles can head straight from Alderwood Crossing to nearby trails.

All of this is just minutes from some of the Upper Peninsula’s best attractions — less than 3 miles from the Island Resort & Casino and Sweet Grass Golf Course, about 7 miles from Sage Run, and only 15 miles from downtown Escanaba. And if you’re up for a day trip, Pictured Rocks in Munising is about an hour away.
